This is the overriding philosophy of Sabinal Capital Investments.
Each week, our software system analyzes over 6000 individual stocks and ETFs to find those that are giving the strongest buy signals. We then use our proprietary Market Trend analysis to determine the direction and strength of the overall market. Finally, we apply our strict diversification and asset allocation rules to select the stocks and ETFs to place in our portfolios.
Immediately upon executing our new trades, we then implement our "Intelligent Stop Loss Strategy" (patent-pending). The Intelligent Stop Loss Strategy recognizes that each stock has its own volatility ‘personality’. Using the unique historical volatility and our statistical forecasting software to determine exactly the best exit price that is just low enough to stay below normal volatility patterns and yet high enough to get us out of a position when the pricing trend moves against us.
We are risk averse. At the same time, our goal is to generate significant returns for our clients. We believe in an investment strategy that combines the best of fundamental analysis, technical analysis, diversification and downside risk mitigation.
